To allow for greater effectiveness of the assistance intervention, we kindly ask you to include in the message:
- the subject of your request;
- the priority of the intervention;
- As much information as possible about the problem encountered;
- telephone contacts so that the first available technician can get back to you;
- the ID and password generated by our remote support system (downloadable from here).
Access to the Service Desk portal
If you already have a login to our ticket portal, click here to access your restricted area.
Inside the area you can:
- view open tickets;
- open new reports;
- consult the status of those already in progress;
- interact directly on the ticket with our technicians.
