We collaborate with leading educational institutions in the area so that the best talent does not get away.
We organize matching day with ITSs to propose company internships and give lectures within the ITSs we collaborate with. We also participate in drafting training plans and are part of the steering committee.
In 2023 we participated in the Egypt Project, funding a scholarship for an Egyptian boy who is now studying at the Italian Salesian school in Cairo and will have the opportunity to specialize at MITS.
We collaborate with leading universities in the area, participating in important projects, including national ones (such as CyberChallenge.it) and holding several classroom lectures together with our colleagues/faculty.
In the LAB Village in Udine, created together with UniUD, we offer students the opportunity to do research for their dissertations in the AI field.

TELETHON: A SOLIDARITY RUN
Annually, we renew our support for scientific research dedicated to the fight against rare genetic diseases by participating in the 24xan’ora Telethon Udine Relay Race, a fun motor event for charity that raises funds for Telethon.
A MICRODONATION FOR HATTIVALAB
We support Hattivalab through the Microdono Project, the initiative conceived by Animaimpresa that gives our employees the opportunity to donate a small monthly donation to a project for 12 months, at the end of which the company, in 2023, has already doubled the amount by increasing the donation.
LILT - BREAST EXAMINATIONS
beanTech renews its collaboration with LILT, the Italian League for the Fight Against Cancer, and, on the occasion of the Pink Ribbon Campaign, annually reintroduces breast examinations within the company’s facility to raise awareness among women about the importance of prevention in the fight against breast cancer.
TVBOY: IT EMBRACES ART
To make the “home” that welcomes our employees every day even more welcoming, artistic and digital, we made the walls of our Udine and Mestre offices available to the famous Italian street artist Salvatore Benintende, aka Tvboy. The first step toward the beART&DIGITAL project that aims to make IT embrace art.
BEART & DIGITAL CONTINUES...
We are the “main partner” of the Orchestra giovanile Filarmonici Friulani, which is recognized by the Ministry of Culture, and we support all the cultural activities carried out by it. We support important artistic initiatives in our area, such as the museum of modern and contemporary art Casa Cavazzini and the Cultural Association Comitato di San Floriano (Illegio), which, since 2000, has transformed the priest’s old home into a well-equipped and elegant Exhibition House.
BANCO ALIMENTARE FVG
beanTech supports the fundraising efforts of Banco Alimentare Friuli-Venezia Giulia, the nonprofit organization part of the Banco Alimentare Network, and provides its team with tickets for the raffle, organized for the purpose of self-financing and boosting the recovery of food destined for the 317 charitable facilities with which it has an agreement, which manages to reach nearly 46 thousand people in need of help.
ASSOCIATION GENITORI DEI PICCOLI
This initiative, managed by our staff members and conducted together with the Parents of the Little Ones Association, supports AVoS (Cividale Solidarity Volunteers Association) and other solidarity organizations from the area, participating in the collection of gifts and toys for less fortunate children.
