Fabiano Benedetti

Fabiano Benedetti CEO & President, beanTech

Fabiano Benedetti graduated in Computer Science in 1996 with honors and from 1997 worked in a health care IT company until 2001. The latter was the turning point: he began collaborating with Massimiliano Anziutti, his college classmate, with whom he first worked in an associated firm and then decided to found a company bearing their names: beanTech was born. From 1990 to 2009, Benedetti also devoted himself to politics as a city councilor and, for five years, as deputy mayor of the municipality of Colloredo di Monte Albano; since 2015 he has been a member of the board of directors of Ditedi, the Friuli V.G. region’s ICT Cluster, and the Telecommunications and Information Technology Group Leader of Confindustria Udine.

Today Benedetti is the CEO of beanTech and a board member of Confindustria Udine.

Massimiliano Anziutti

Massimiliano Anziutti CISO & Board Member, beanTech

Massimiliano Anziutti, graduated with honors in Computer Science in 1995. From 1996 to 2001 he worked at Previnet a company of the Generali group.

His friendship with Fabiano, born in high school and matured in university, turns into a professional collaboration in 2001, together they found beanTech. Always passionate about technology in beanTech today he is in charge of compliance and security management.

Denis Cappellari

Denis Cappellari VP-Product Strategy, beanTech

Denis Cappellari graduated with honors in Statistics and Computer Science in 2007 and immediately started working at beanTech, creating the business unit dedicated to data analytics. He became a partner with Fabiano Benedetti and Massimiliano Anziutti in 2010 and specialized in big data and analytics, leading and growing the team of analysts and working on important projects, including international ones.

Passionate about numbers and technology, today in beanTech he sets the strategies of the products in the portfolio and is a board member. He is also CEO of Motion Analytica, an innovative startup specializing in using big data and machine learning for mobility.

Diego Zonta

Diego Zonta CFO & Board Member, beanTech

Diego Zonta, a graduate in Business Administration from Bocconi University, after an initial experience in finance in the Entertainment technology sector, he works as a corporate consultant as controller and advisor in extraordinary finance transactions, particularly in the ICT area.

Passionate about sustainability, co-founder of Animaimpresa, he has taken part in the realization of several Sustainability Reports and in-depth ESG insights. Since 2020 he has been on the Board of Directors of beanTech where he serves as CFO.

Ethics

In order to ensure the prevention of the crimes contemplated in Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Board of Directors resolved to adopt its own Model of Organization, Management and Control, which aims to promote fairness and transparency in the conduct of business activities and in relations with third parties, in which the adoption of a Code of Ethics is also included.

There is a Supervisory Board, endowed with autonomous powers of initiative and control, which is responsible for supervising the operation of and compliance with the Model and promoting its constant updating.

Model 231, implemented and enforced by the company, together with the application of an integrated management system, is intended to be an indispensable tool to guarantee the company’s values, to be increasingly sustainable in all aspects, and to be able to guarantee to suppliers, customers, workers and the surrounding community respect for the rules and a future of common growth.
