Electrolux was founded in Sweden in 1919 and is a leading global appliance company. For more than a hundred years it has contributed to a better lifestyle for millions of people, committing itself to always be at the forefront of sustainability through solutions and activities.
Among the many challenges faced by the digitization of factories, there is one that stands out above all the others: making sure that the key people in the production organization were prepared for change and could best express their professionalism in a completely new working environment.
Electrolux’s goal was to create an experiential and interactive training course, with a strong gaming vocation and structured in a lean perspective. A project aimed at the staff of European plants to improve their digital skills and competences, through a series of simulations in the protected, realistic and stimulating environment of a business game dedicated to them.
beanTech proposed a solution based on Microsoft Power Platform and other cloud services, in order to guarantee an effective and fast distribution.
Interaction takes place with a special multi-device and cross-platform app.
The main components of the solution are:
- Power Apps;
- Power BI;
- Power Automate;
- Azure SQL Database;
- Office 365 and SharePoint.
